How soon is my order processed?
Your order will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. This time does not include weekends or holidays.
What if my products are out of stock?
You will not be charged for any product that is out of stock and not shipped to you. You will be notified when you product has arrived and will be given an option at that time if you wish to re-order that item.

What are shipping options and fees?
If you order standard shipping your products usually arrive in 7 to 10 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday except Holidays.
Expedited shipping orders arrive in 2 to 3 days. For overnight shipping call Skin Amnesty® customer service at 1 (866) 314-4858.

We ship to Canada. Canadian shipments can take up to four weeks for delivery.

Can I ship Internationally?
We do not ship outside the US or Canada through our website. You may call Spa Phoenix (757) 491-7142 for international orders
What are your policies for returns and exchanges?
We offer a 60-day money back guarantee (from ship date) on all products except discontinued items, if you purchased products from Skin Amnesty® directly. If you purchased from a retail location, return your products to them directly. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Return your product or empty bottle with the packing slip and reason for return.
We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. Return shipping fees are not refundable.

How do I cancel Club Amnesty Shipments?
In the case that the products are not giving you the results you are seeking, we would also be pleased to help you find products that best suit your skin. For a customized skin evaluation, call Skin Amnesty® customer service at 1 (866) 314-4858.
I cancelled my Club Amnesty shipments but my credit card was still charged?
You are billed in two monthly installments. The first installment includes shipping and handling and is billed when your product is shipped. The remaining balance is charged one month later.
